I have no problem with SP games, but is there a clear reason why this game is strictly SP?

they wanted 2 focus on the story, i think sequel if it sells well will have mp

How well did GoW mp do? I don't really see how a cover based shooter mp could be all that different.

GoW was primarily a multiplayer game. It had a story, but not as developed as this game will have.

The tone is not the same, so, I don't think you'll see MP out of The Order unless it's strictly Horde Mode/Co-op either as DLC or in a sequel if it make its numbers.

Was thinking along the lines of co-op mp more so than competitive. Either way I will probably buy the game, but I am going to give it a couple months after release. Gears of War was very multi-player based, only reason I know that is a friend of mine was really highly ranked with the gat. She was in the top something of some percent of people, really don't remember.. I hater gow online though, I hated the sp too..
