Unity is OK imo
The multiplayer adds some fun too
No vhance vs ac2-3. better than black flag for sureits average. Give it a try

I play games normally and only do the story + side missions
I'm not an achievement player so I don't do those little things
Just everything that has to do with the story so I can get the full scope of the story

Well you should do all the side missions, including murder mysteries. Pretty much everything has good narrative in the game. Should run you about 30-45 if you're not going after the collectibles.

Also there is a free DLC dropping on Jan 13th for it which is a full story DLC. The one they are giving away free for the game being fucked up at launch.
