You cant skip the cutscene for a reason, and it's not the story, it's because it's loading.

some ppl just dont need cutscenes to enjoy a game, deal with it, dont hate

Never played mgs4, no.
And games like skyrim / fallout you have to read like 10 mins. Would prefer a 1-2 min cut scene.
