Try to set up a connection again but use 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 for the DNS.

Also have done this. Idk what the problem is. Now I am signed into psn (it says I am) yet if I try to play destiny online or dragon age it won't connect to the server yet I am connected to the internet. I really don't know what the issue is >. <

Sounds like your ISp. You have tried disconnecting your modem/router and connecting it again right?

Yes sir. The ports have already been opened to allow psn also.. I contacted my ISP and had them open them myself.

Found the problem finally. Apparently the router I have has some problem where the playstation 4 may only receive very small bits of information at a time and then I was told to contact the manufacturer of the router. Atm it's only receiving about 13 kbps upload and like 30 kbps download.. >. <
