Mine works now. Was able to buy 2 games with no problem. I didn't do anything to make it work, it just started working again.

I reinstalled Store
Corrected the date/time
Changed language to English (PS/Store)

Yet its still not working and I do not understand if its not working only for me or is it a general problem.

Any update lately ?

Now it sayin store is undergoing maintenance.
