it went from a free launch game for ps+ members to a delayed game that costs money and ps+ gets a diluted version that got delayed after the original delay
evolution studios failed hardcore lol if this game isnt awsome sony looks like a fool

I foresee lawsuits. Someone could easily make the claim they only bought plus for DriveClub but were clearly mis-lead.

Won't happen..they don't have much of a case..even if they did..they might be reimbursed for the price of PS plus..not worth hiring a lawyer and taking time off of work for $50..you'd lose more in the longrun

That's not the point. It would be if they had put full effort towards making it free and failed.
CPA doesn't allow consumers to be sold on conditions that were never intended to be met.

Free games are subject to change. I know I've read that in multiple places as far as ps+ is concerned
