I got a Legendary Engram from the Post master in the Tower, the other day... and I Identified it at Cryptarch and it turned into some piece of shit Rare armor

lvl 25 and only picked up 4-5 legendary engrams. None of them turned out to be legs. I got my only leg from decoding a rare.

I think you get legendary engrams as a reward for leveling up your Cryptarch. I got 2 legendary engrams from the Postmaster when I leveled my Cryptarch to 5 and 6. Both turned out to be blues.

2 of my legendaries was the same "the mandat" titan marks (both was rare engrams turned into leg)

2 armor pieces for titan only (again, was rares turned into leg)

And 2 other engrams turned into materials

Im having more luck getting legendary by decoding rares lol...

I got 3 Legendary Engrams so far, and one turned out to be ''Final Boss'', some sick ass legendary Sniper Rifle, was pretty happy when it popped up!
