Max level is only 20?

to get to higher levels you need to have good gear that adds light... the more light you have the higher your level will be

It's not about the lvl max out it's about the raids and strikes pvp and grinding

If you get o lvl 20, u aint at maximum level. Its hard to level up after 20, but ita a fun way to do ( im lvl 22 atm )
You also dont have to "grind" since theres a ton of stuff to do.
If you dont like it, dont get it. That easy.

Ive found 5 legendary engrams, all of em turned out to be blues... All ive gotten is a lvl 20 legendary rocket launcher from a blue engram
