ya but 2.1 is in development for PC right now, so it's still a good distance away for PS/Xbone

All the more reason I think D3 is better placed on PC.
Sony and Microsoft need to be less strict on how patches are applied to games in order to actually make games like D3 viable.

According to the article/thread, 2.0.6 will be as good as it gets on PS3/360. 2.1 is in development for PC/PS4/X1 so I don't think D3 is better placed on PC in terms of patches.
