Fuck, these forums are full of full blown children. Guy asks a question, only one person actually suggests anything, and the weak trolls come out. I really think very few of you actually even play video games, and are more entertained by playing with your dick and typing half-assed insults that more than likely aren't even informed.
edit: thought caswallen was being sarcastic until i saw his other thread, so he's forgiven. the rest stands for the majority of this board and most of the Xbox SF as well.
It's not really trolling. We genuinely think this game will be not so great and will disappoint once the "new-Bungie" sheen wears off. One can argue that any negative statement is "hating" or "trolling", but negative opinion has merits just as a positive one does. I honestly think Sony fans are just so pumped that Bungie is making a multiplat and favoring Sony that they are ignoring the actual quality and content of the game. Bungie has only made 4 good games and they all had "Halo" in the title. Their older games were not so amazing, and a lot of the Halo people jumped ship to stay on with 343i.
That being said, Destiny is a better looking, but not necessarily better playing and possibly shallower version of Borderlands with actual multiplayer slapped on. Please also refer to Octayne's statements on it (resident Jsp Halo/Competitive shooter reviewer and community organizer):
