I have a 64gb because I don't like erasing games that I've downloaded
plus games, yeah, i'll eventually delete them after I finish them, but the games I purchase, I like to keep them
just because
so yes, its needed..its the same reason why I took out my 160gb HDD in my ps3 and swapped it out for a 500
my vita came with a 8gb card, I couldn't have squat on it
so I bought a 32gb figuring, go big or go home
that thing filled up pretty quick
then doug told me where I could find a 64gb and I bought one the same day, couldn't be happier
still have plenty of room on the thing

Let me know where you got it from and how much you paid. Still deciding on it.

www.play-asia.com
I bought it several months ago for a little over $100 plus an extra 10-15$ for overnight delivery
I could have used the free delivery service but I didn't want to wait 4+ weeks for it to ship from Hong Kong

just so you have an idea of what a 64gb can hold
I have 30 vita games
10 psx / ps2 / mini's
and 24 apps
64 icons all together so far with 17gb still available

Might be a little much for me but like I said, my personality is struggling with not getting the best.

in the end the 64 is more cost effective by a decent margin

 And that's the argument I will use when my wife asks but she'll smack me and tell me that's not how money works. :)

in the long run that 115 or so you spend will be better than that 80 now and 80 again later down the road you might spend

yeah I spent like 80 on a brand new 32gb and filled it in a few weeks
so I spent 100 and change on a 64 and I still have 17gb available, and I've had it since November/December of last year
64 is the better bargain and you wont have to worry about filling it up or swapping it out and risk corrupting it

I filled my 32 up fairly fast, am seriously considering getting a 64 myself.

its money well spent..just saying
but then again, i just don't like deleting money
if you don't mind deleting the games you've bought / downloaded
then a 32 should do just fine
