Is something wrong with the PS3? Mine is 5+ years old and it's just fine and my theory is if it ain't broke dont fix it.

Nothing really wrong but when I go to play a blue ray it takes forever to load

This is just my personal opinion but I wouldn't mess around with it. Myself personally, I would fear that I would mess something up.
