How do you discard the one you got from the card instead of one you already have?

Just go to that one on the list.. if i'm not mistaken it gets put at the top and flashes?

When Chie does her followup attack and uses Galactic Punt to kick an enemy out of the match, do you get exp. from the enemy or is it dealt like the enemy ran away?

Does the cost for using the fox keep going up every time you use him?

I manage to reach Kanji's shadow on 5/19 (I believe) but he is destroying me, do I just leave the TV world to heal, come back and grind the 10th floor till I am stronger?

No the cost is dependent on how much HP and MP he is healing, MP costs more than HP

How are you getting destroyed by him?
and what persona are you using?

Can't remember there names but it is not really that hard to get to the last floor in one day. In pretty sure I an under levelled though because pretty much after I saved Yukiko I didn't go back into the TV.

my first playthrough I'm 100% sure I did both the new boss in the previous dungeon (first new boss starts in Yukiko's during Kanji's) and the current dungeon and never went back til the next one was up

so i know it's possible to do
just make sure you have some good persona to use

You can revisit old areas? Like now that I in Kanjis bathhouse I can go back to Yukikos Castle?

yup, talk to yukiko at the main hub (the studio area)
pre-warning the castle's extra boss can be somewhat of a luck fight since he is strong enough to 1 hit your party with an aoe (prob the strongest of all extra's when fought as early as possible)

Finally beat Kanji. Had to take direct control and heal with 3, attack with 1.

When do I focus in levelling Social Links? Right now I have been getting them as soon as I can but most are at level 2/3.

mix social links and trait increases
also until traits are pretty much all maxed consider eating at the ramen place in north shopping district on rainy days for multiple trait increases
