Anyways, to my understanding the Astro's are high quality. I believe it was on reddit where they compiled a GoogleDoc showing which headsets work and don't for PS4, for your information.

Is there a way to use the mic with it? Best I could come up with is using a 2 sided male 3.5mm cord...Sound, but no mic.

Months too late. I ended up buying a headset the next day that was compatible. I use my Pulse Elite as a PC headset now.
