I do, however, think it could be a platform that will help pave the way for some future more creative games and concepts.

this is 100% a game where you wait like a week or two and see how people are feeling about it, rather than just waste $60 on a hit-or-miss game

A lot of people speculated it would suffer from being over hyped.

What do you think? Were your expectations high? Is I what you expected?

My expectations were low. My friend bought me a ps4 specifically for this game and didn't think it would live up to the hype. The day 1 patch adds a lot of interesting things. Most people will hate the game since they need multiplayer. But I'm enjoying exploring and such.

There is only really one PlayStation game I'm hyped for and that's horizon zero dawn.
