How can you play old ps3 games on ps4?

Do you just put the ps3 game in and play or do you have to DL something?

you dont you use ps now to play them theres no backwards compatibility

short term memory or prolonged drug use

i thought they were adding some backwards comp to try n compete with xboox doing it
or ading some game dgtally atleast?

So far the only thing you can do is digitally subscribe to PS Now and you can stream some ps3 games
And now they're adding remastered ps2 games to the mix where you can buy and download a handful of popular ps2 games..this is still very new so the catalog is slim pickings..it'll grow with time
As far as inserting any last gen disc into the system, it will not work

you must not be paying attention
only PS2 digitally has been confirmed

honestly i really dont care
im not going to be playing ps2 games on my ps4 lol MAYBE if they bring baldurs gate back
and i have my ps3 still
besides in march 2 of my most awaited games are coming out
