This is great news and a very very good move made by Sony!
Konami is going to really regret losing Kojima.
Forming a new studio in partnership with Sony and apparently will retain its name as Kojima Productions.
Video announcement a few hours old.

Kojima is a creative genius, to be perfectly honest I want a new IP.
As much as my heart loves MGS.
