i got onto it fine via my browser

Cant access playstation store from the home screen on my Ps4 or from inside Gta 5 online. Just sits there with a dark blue screen blank. Since yesterday

I finally managed to get on. Sometimes it just sists there on my Ps4 with a blank blue screen. Other times on my phone it wont let me access my cart at all.
