make a hero or villain and play as em in an mmo consisting of Metropolis and Gotham

its fun game but not worth putting any money into imo, they fixed the pvp so that makes it playable to me again

so they fixed you being lvl 3 questing and getting jumped by a lvl 20 or something?

that depends if your at a pve world or pvp :P. either way you can phase shift at any time to switch between em

i still enjoy jumping lvl 3s

and by fixed i mean its no longer weekly things to get marks of valor

now its either 200 if you win or 100 if you lose, will save alooooot of time getting high end gear

you can get tier 4 pvp gear on free to play which is highest

and decently high tiers on pve

Ah they changed it? Good news!
What about the money cap? Was the reason why i stopped playing it

i forgot about money cap so mabye you do need at least premium to buy full tier 4 which is still only spending 5$ and not a monthly thing

my money cap is 2k which is definitely a pain
