Get an xbox, they make a lot of design/visual stuff instead games if this is ur focus.

They're making a revised ps5 that will be a little more slim this year or next year
An actual ps5 slim won't be coming out for awhile if ever tho

Mine gets hot too. Hope they can getting improving with the next gen I guess
