For belts and bracelets you gotta do collosseum and buy them for the points you get there

to upgrade bracelets and belt i think u need collosseum argate, and normal argate. u need P points = u get on pvp 2:2 or 5:5 .. and B points = solo all vs all need 16ppls..and u need score colloseum.. but score colloseum still bug when you close the game goes to zero point collo score!!

idk about normal argates, but might be the case. rest is pretty much correct.
