oh they are either 5% block rate of something like that... can u put 4 in helm 4 in armor and 3 in shield for knight? cuz that would be alot of %block lol if the shield had a base block rate of like 5% would be soooo good if im remembing the % right lol its probs just 1%to block lmfao

block gems are only possible in shild .. maybe also weapon .. at least they are gems for weapons and not for armor parts

thnks for info :P that really sucks lol since i was gonna buy alot of them for my summy and knight.. but now its not really all worth it since it would just be an added 15% plus maybe 5% from shield being magic.
