I'm from Europe, but I would like to be in the best server.

Which one would you advise and why?

More populated servers better or worse?
Also, please if you can tell me the DIL:FG ratio I would appreciate it.

fg ratio depends on several things .. so since not that mutch ppl sell here dil the prices are usually high ^_^ ... and there is also a big difference betweeen siz and helion server. siz dil is about 2-3 cheaper than helion dil.
