i am trying to find the shrine of hope any help would be great... the mount / stable guy says i need feathers ...

don't bother with what that stable guy tells ya. feathers can be obtained by donating 100 vcs in north morte. however, vcs are better used to get maps for deadfront.

but you are able to use your left overs to do this
hince if you are in baron and you have 100 rabble vcs you can make them into feathers.

rather use ur leftovers and get the buffs from the npc. at least on siz, they sell for a MUCH better amount of money than the feathers.
