Currently using a 60 then a 66 then a 78 wand full +36

This is my current tree, I didn't remember that the 51 spells cost 300 mana each and sucked a bag of dicks or I wouldn't have wasted points. =(







I'm getting to mid level, so magic power would get some passive damage as well...


Do I level mana force, do I start on magic power, keep leveling 36 aoe's until I hit 81? until I hit 92 and get my real AOEs?
I'm saving my skill reset for 92, I lost a 109 mage already, not giving more money to that shitty company.



I don't have a problem with dil for mana pots, I'm just not sure if it's smarter to save dil and level MF though I heard it sucks later on.

its not true about mana force, its rly usefull skill after a6 (b4 if was kinda useless for me coz most of skills needed around 700 mp to cast and MF had 5 lvls, now it has 10 lvls and gives a lot of mana)
magic power is also great skill, i would say that for mage under 92 passive>elemental skills
it might sound funny but i didnt lvled 36 aoes and hammer or even 51 pvp skills, i focused at buffs, masteries, spoiled and uzer only
after 81 i maxed only thunder and l8r 92 aoes + cruelty (coz of imitid) and aqua ofc
l8r when i had nothing to do with points i maxed 51 pvp skils (fire/ice) and fishing ofc
i made my 1st reskill at 160+ after a6 (i think it was not needed) i didnt put points to thunder and fire/ice 51 lvl skills (i got high enough dmg and at low lvl it has low cd, usefull for pk)
i put points to new 130+ skills and trans-up
20+ free points left... i have no idea what to with them

Well for right now what would be my best bet?

After 92 its pretty straight forward on how to level skills, since I don't really know when I'll stop to pvp.


I was thinking of stopping my 36's at 5/5/5 and getting magic power up to 5? Mana force until 10? Leave my aoe's alone at 3/4/4 and start passives?
What would give me the best damage:mana combination?
I need the damage more than survivability, I'm leveling with a seg.

I'll probably reskill after wings when I have enough points to start maxing my higher spells to a point where they won't be level 1 and I have no mana battery.

k this topic is so sad that im going to waste my time helping you, whether you take my advice is up to you, but your current build is half assed looking.

ok here's the sad truth: you will be using your lvl 36 skills all the time until you're level 92

reason: level 10 36's hurt as much as lvl 1 or 2 81 skills and cost a lot less mp, the only 81 skill you should always use is freezing spirit

i would use the following build till 92. this is 100% pvm, you'll get destroyed pvp most likely.


ME ATTEMPTING TO FIX YOUR BUILD:



AS YOU CAN SEE YOU RAN OUT OF SKILL POINTS. HOWEVER. THE SKILL POINTS REMAINING ON THIS SKILL SIMULATOR IS USUALLY WRONG BY QUITE A FEW POINTS.

ALSO IF YOU WANT YOU CAN GO DK SQUARE. EVERY RANK UP YOU GET YOU GET 1 SKILL AND 3 STAT POINTS.

what you want to do is leave fire fury @ 3 because fire skills blow dick, and level up the other two 36 skills.

the reason why i didnt put any points into thunder spear is becasue it's pretty useless imo (at least till you get imitid flash), and you were short on skills, obviously if you spend some time in dk square i would get it to fill in cooldown times i guess?

same thing w/ only 1 in freezing spirit. doesnt do that great of damage, does about the same as a 36 skill so it's w/e. you're just using it to freeze bitches.

kinda strange that u dont use infernal pillar
there is many andvantages of useing it
1. most ppl use light/ice res vs mages in pvp, at dk square too
2. rly usefull skill to move fast in pvp
3. good for pk, if some1 is into mobs and u cant target him just use infernal
4. it brings only troubles at crevice but at deadfront its nice skill to move fast or running fast if u are in danger
5. high dmg at 10th lvl

maybe freezing spirit makes some dmg but its rly slow i mean casting this skill takes too much time to catch some1
thunder seems to be nice but it miss many times


btw where is ur avatar comes from? toradora?

infernal pillar is a must have in my opinion. if you can hit 3 times with it, max it, if not (due to high ms or bad PC), leave it at 1. it has it's uses in many situations and it's quite fun to A-mode with it as well.
leave your 81s at 1, they are not wort hit.
51s max your light one and later your fire as well. fire one has a higher base damage and has it's use in pvp due to the fact that people use less fire resis.


don't forget that the mmosite-calc is bugged. manaforce goes up to 10, some skills like energy bolt, aqua etc don't require a point at lvl 1. this all is not included in this calculator. cannot find another one atm but I know there are some around.

btw, you can do surveys for coins if you have an acclaim-account

manaforce only goes up to lvl 5 until like 131

and i said im 75% pvm 25% pvp (24% because of dead front, and 1% on free will)

fire skills are useless imo, but idc if u copy me or not.

that build is best for what i wanna do (huge damage output on lots of monsters)
