so my friend downloaded 2 moons, however every account he has made, and all the accounts me and my friend have tried making for him, all end up saying "incorrect id"

anyone know why this is happening and how to make a working account so my friend can play?

my account works just fine, but for some reason I can't create another that will work

pm me the acct name, e-mail you want attached, and a generic pw, and i can try and make an acct for you, then you can change all of the info.
