I am downloading it tonight, and hopefully will have some shit to sell soon, I have a couple questions though

How high can you upgrade an item (+12?)
Are Argates worth anything, what is used in upgrades beyond +9?
Is this server action 6?

upgrade is +12 max (upgrades +10-+12 you use crystal argate)
copper argate 2-5M
silver argate 5M-10M
gold argate 50+ M
crystal argate 2+M

Items break only from +10-+12.
Gold argates are pretty difficult to get, mostly only from Akrises, which you can find in lower-level maps. The bad thing is that these are farmed non-stop by players, so it is difficult to find any.

Also, the server is pretty edited, things have been changed, max level is 180 5rb, you receive 250stats per rb, there is 180gear, and so on.
