That is a spell from the Vicious Summoner, the Cosmos from level 97.
I would suggest starting with either a Bagi Warrior or a Vicious Summoner.
If you have lots of FG, you can start with an Incar or an Azure Knight, but they are more expensive.

i would say play dekaron extreme and see what skill tree u like the most for the summoner
