I was wandering if there is a quest needed for DF or something...
If yes, which one?
If not, what do I need to access the DF of low level (I'm lvl 28).

you need fortress vouchers (common)

you can find em easily in parca, requies, an norak

yep 20 vouchers = 1 map for df , u change vouchers in braiken at tes find him on map but also u wont get party till 36 + lvl
also there is one quest but not needed for df just if u kill octopus dunno never did it so dunno rewards =p

i think its is 10k dil and exp...
