Ive heard you can trade 10 feathers for a permanent mount. First of all is this really true and if so where can i get these feathers?

Only lasts 30 days. I believe you turn in your vouchers to some person thats collecting them one map north of Loa Castle. Forgot the NPC's name since I don't play anymore. Depending on the amount you turn in, you get an item.

you have to donate to that dude on north morte 100 vouchers of any kind and u get 1 feather u gotta get 10 feathers then run to the stable and get to ride a cock for 30 days.
