HELP!!! I WANT TO PLAY

im getting an error saying

in the blue saying "Fatal Error"
Inside the window it says:

File is not opened. at write method
Filname: C:/program Files/Acclaim/2moons/Data/ad/Cache.csv

It does this error about 5-10 Seconds AFTER i get on my character and begin walking. Every single time it does this and when i click ok on the error it exits the game. then when i try and re-enter the game it says something about gaurd is running already you must restart your computer to run this program.

I get that as well, basically acclaim has no idea whats going on, and they are working on it.

i got that a few times, i deleted the cache, but leave the ad file. now i only get that error when i completly exit the game.
