I downlaoded it, all together it has taken a couple hours on cable internet and once i was done with all of it i got stuck on a small window saying at the top says " Windows Installer" and at the bottom in the window it says "Preparing to Install..." says it for more than a few minutes....like it is stuck on this part...can anyone help?

sorry man idk what is going on w/ ur comp. it works fine for me and i d/l it a few times last week
