yes they do, one of my guildees is from singapore he got a 111 ak and he got ip blocked so he couldnt play anymore when they released BMR, they are gonna let him play again cuz hes a paying customer
ya i was gonna say anyone who played the game for like 4 or 6 months prior to the europe ban was supposed to be allowed to continue playing
i play with an irish guy all the time he was my previous guild leader before i made my own guild
