does any char increase heal? or i mean r u suppose to increase heal for any chara

Yes, mostly everyone end game is pure heal with enough stats into the other 3 categories for only their gear requirement. Without heal, you're paper in PvP and high level areas.

for pvp some bagis prefer str build and certain amount of heal.

allso some hunters go full dex.(glasscannons)
which is good for huge wars they deal alot of damage but prob 2-3 hits dead
