I really don't think you have a 2Moons Char worth 17k Fg.
my char is lvl 120 which is worth a lot, just take the invested time. :> maybe its not worth 17k fg all in all, but i have access to a lvl 157 char and the items are worth around 70k fg. it's not hard to earn dill/fg with 2moons.
ppl can still be bored of a game, so they try sth else like, in ur case, 2moons. imo, d2 pvp is still much more fun than 2moons pk
