are the skills the same? (no, might be the same animation, but they are not the same, u should already know this if ur so badass.)
are the characters the same? (no, 2moons doesn't even have aloken, also on 2moons u can't use other characters wings, etc)
are the quests the same? (yes)
are the items the same? (no, wats up with all those 100% crit dmg gems etc, and those overpowered weapons and armors, so a big no)
is every single aspect of game related object the same (yes, as any other mmo)

the ONLY difference is the amount of experience you gain and on SOME servers the ability to start over at lvl 1

nowhere in there is it TOTALLY DIFFERENT
