We seem to be having some issues with our login server. The admin team is working on it as we speak.
You might be able to use the following link to resolve the issue quickly..

it has worked for some.
If the above fix does not work for you, please do the following:
1. Do not PM me saying you have "Incorrect ID". I am not support and I cannot help you.
2. Send an email to 2msupport@acclaim.com
3. In subject line, put "Incorrect ID Error"
4. In the main email, include your user id, and advise them you need your account "refreshed"
Once they get to your email they will refresh your id and it will work again. Please note, due to high volumes of emails, repsonse time is higher than normal right now, please be patient.
