your ip have to go down to 0
you can go in jail and pay to get them removed though

IP also goes down by killing monsters your level, though it takes a bit of time.

But I would get as far as right outside of Paraca where a seg would slow me , and lioke 5-6 other would pile on me. V_V

typically when I have problems with pkers (which usually I dont luckily), just switch to another subserver, like if you're on Blades, go to oread.
