i have the first part downloaded pando media booster doesnt work it is saying

i clicked on download on site it came up to 100% complet then it asked me i needed widows inetnet 5(witch i have 7)
and nothing happend then i clicked download again bring up a 2moons installer then it says cant load pando media booster

can some1 please help me this game looks so fun
