i can get acclaim coins w/o paying rl money?

I don't really know the reason behind the "cannot connec to server"
but right now all servers are down due 2 a hacker invasion

servers just got hacked itll be a bit before they get it straight, im waitin for updates, but even without coins you can make out pretty good in the game, and 200 dosent look like itll buy much

would this be the reason behind it?
