still against the rules to let them sit while their summons leech xp?
that's when i stopped playing so i was just wondering if thats changed

I'm not sure it was ever illegal as long as you weren't running bots to stay alive/resummon.

when i was playing they did not care and then one day in-game they posted things saying that they would ban any afk summoners and started banning pple and thats mostly why i played cause im lazy lol so i quit

thats a stupid reason to quit playing because you are afraid of getting caught cheating...
