yes but there is a european version its called Dekaron, i think its gonna be released sometime this year, or if u rly wanna play i could make an account for you and just give you all the details.

heres what i would do theres the european version of dekaron it is in closed beta or open beta not sure... its currently 5X better than 2moons...

2moons been out for a long time and euro dekaron hasnt and euro dekaron is updated to the latest stuff... 2moons isnt..

You can still play on a European IP. They just block any IP outside of North America from creating, not playing.

what if a person wishes he could CHOOSE where to play?
