I'd say DiE, CrueL, FATE, RAWR and Armageddon. Some others are really good, but those come to the top of my head. Worst is probably ONI; they're full of fags and scammers. Made a private guild with a few friends when we started but I think they all went AFK on me xD. Hard to find parties out of an inactive guild lol.

then they all turnd on Napo and disbanned...since then napo quit

All those members formed a new guild called Insurrection..
It's pretty much Armageddon minus Napocalypse.

BTW, they turned on him due to a lie that Piny spread about him, which is pretty fucked up.

Funny story about them. They got their entire guild together to pk 2 of our guys in Python one day who were in a train party. One of them recorded it and posted it on youtube titling it "Oni Vs. CrueL". All you see is entire ONI guild pwning 2 CrueL members who were training in python. The comments from them are all, "owned", "raped", etc. Then you have the comments from FATE and other guilds saying how ONI is just showing how weak they are. Anyway, it started a war and CrueL raped them so badly that they immediately removed the video off youtube and the guy that posted it got kicked out of the guild.

As far as worst guilds go, I would add BadAss there. They suck balls and scam as well.

i have no clue who might be the leader i just know they are pretty powerful (all high levels)

I play a few different characters atm, I switch around when I get bored. I play moderately, which is pretty much when I have free time when I don't have essays and just chilling with my friends.
