anyone got this? I just picked up mine today and having trouble with the headset, its connected but the sound doesn't work?

V1 or v2?

Make sure firmware is up to date on the controller.

Also check the sound settings to make sure they are on.

No issues with mine once I got it all setup.

ty for reply. yea its v2. I checked everywhere and tried all fixes. still doesn't work =( . gonna return it tomorrow.

Use some 91% rubbing alcohol and clean the headset jack out with a q tip maybe, could just be some junk messing with connection
