How would this even work? Can you trade runes to other players?

people are selling lords/heros/golden rune stacks on ps4/5 and pc, just havent found anyone on xbox

You can drop runes to other players yes. I have a ton on xbox. One stack gets you to like lvl 130-145 haha

you can dupe runes pretty easily with a friend
