I play gtav online, for some reason at least 20x in 3-4 hours I get kicked from the server forn errors. I am guessing it has something to do with my network/Nat type. Can anyone gives me suggestions on how to go about checking/fixing this problem. Nat is set at moderate.

Is it just for that game?

Do a multiplayer test connection or whatever and when it's finished hit both bumpers and both triggers at the same time and it will bring up your upload and download speeds to give you a better idea of how good it bad your connection is.

Are you hard wired or on wifi?

Right now on WiFi because I don't have a long enough Ethernet cord. And I know what the speeds are, ranging from 30-80 mbps on the dl and 10-20 mbps on upload.

Is it happening on all games or just GTA?

Having a moderate NAT type you should be fine but you could Google how to open your NAT.

Are there other people using the same network when this is happening?

You could also look into port forwarding which can make a big difference.

I'd get off the wifi and onto a wired connection first.

Wifi was causing me all sorts of issues trying to play overwatch. Once I wired the connection I had no problems.

Probably something on GTA servers then. I play majority of the time on wireless without any issues.

If it starts becoming an issue look into port forwarding.
