I played the first act last night. Something felt off. Couldn't pin point it.

First act of 4 or judgment? judgment isn't a good game. Gears 4 the first act and probably 2 chapters of act 2 are slow/meh but it really picks up

It will if your playing gears 4.

The horde mode is pretty fun to that they got on gears 4. Running the campaign co op is pretty fun too.
