Yes. But it's not "free" with no strings attached like it suggests. There was no mention of the free weekend when viewing the bundle, nor any fine print. At first glance it simply looks like a free download... forever.
They did this before with fallout 4, and everyone got a $10 Microsoft credit due to the mistake. B)
They never said the same when Overwatch became a free weekend, was also listed as free.
If you really want to 'beat the system' then just go offline before the weekend is over, and play as much as you want until you log back online.
