whenever i download a game it starts off fairly fast then slows down and even stops at times.

anyone else have this problem?

it shouldn't be my internet because i don't have problems downloading games on steam.

What's your Internet up/down?
Is it cable or dsl?
What's the time of day you notice it?
Did your isp oversell your area?
Does your isp throttle your bandwidth?
Is the sun aligned with the moon?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

We need a bit more details. My games download using my full bandwith and don't slow down or stop unless I pause them or start using another device that uses bandwith.

You should get full speeds during the next eclipse, no worries bro.

And op, are you wired or wireless, forgot to ask that.
Also doom brings up a good point if you are wireless. I'm guessing your PC is wired and xbox is wireless, which would help support the issue you describe.
