Can get stuff on Sunday to now. The post office here in Orange County, California they deliver stuff on Sundays now. Not actually every day mail but they drop off packages and stuff.

Here in the states we have always gotten packages and mail on Saturdays.

I live in Illinois and we get deliveries on Saturdays.

So if it's a courier service you can get a delivery any time.
But regular mail is on business days only.
All govt jobs are Mon-Fri 9-5.
Right now though we can barley keep the postal people from striking.
